At Trident, Jack leads client engagements and shapes how the methodology maps to each business.

His background spans AI orchestration, context engineering, and the design of knowledge architectures that work with any AI toolset. At Trident, Luke leads the technical build and ensures every system is something the client owns, maintains, and extends without vendor dependency.
